Return Eligibility
Return Window: You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized products. Opened or used products are non-returnable unless there is a verified quality issue.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Reasons & Associated Costs
1. Personal Reason / Change of Mind
Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed) are accepted within the 30-day window if the item is unopened and in original condition.
The customer is responsible for:
Round-trip shipping costs, and
15% restocking fee
For products with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Wrong Item Received
Please do not open or use the product.
Contact us immediately at support@kaixunus.com, providing your order number and product photos.
Once verified, we will provide instructions for the return.
We will ship the correct item at no additional cost after receiving the returned product.
3. Defective or Damaged Product
Contact us at support@kaixunus.com immediately upon receiving the item.
Reasonable troubleshooting steps may be required to confirm the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be defective and not repairable:
You may choose a replacement at no cost, or
Return the item for a full refund.

Ship the Product: Once authorized, return the product within 5 business days, securely packaged.
Inspection & Processing: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with the replacement or refund.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Packaging Requirements
Customers are responsible for properly packing return items, including palletizing, crating, or boxing if required by the shipping carrier. Missing accessories or components may incur a deduction from your refund based on their value.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product:
Follow the return process to return the original item.
Place a new order for the desired item separately.
We will process the refund for the returned item once received and approved.
